Project Manager

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support, develop, and improve development processes across several feature teams. This is a complex task that requires a highly responsible and independent specialist who can work closely with teams and build authority through professionalism.

SPINE is made with Unreal Engine 5 and centered around cinematic gun-fu shootouts. It's a third-person beat'em'up with a full set of PC gaming features, including a deep storyline, a unique setting, cutscenes, intriguing enemies, memorable bosses, character progression, and, most importantly, breathtaking battles with a wide array of firearms.

This project represents a new ambitious challenge for the company as it marks our first game for both PC and consoles.

Responsibilities:

• Run syncs, retrospectives, and keep backlogs clear and up to date

• Track issues, assign owners, follow up, and escalate blockers when needed
• Ensure smooth communication within and between teams, focusing on solutions
• Gather feedback on processes and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a project management/producer role in game development (AA PC/console preferred)

• Jira expertise is required (able to train others); familiarity with Unreal Engine workflows is highly desirable

• Responsibility, initiative, adaptability, rational thinking, and excellent communication/facilitation skills; proactive and detail-oriented in daily teamwork
