As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will work across global and U.S. hiring, supporting a wide range of tech and digital roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across different functions and contribute to multiple projects aimed at strengthening and scaling the TA function within a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: independently manage the hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to offer extension and closure (up to 5 roles per month).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool using various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, funnel effectiveness) to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and recruitment processes.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and personalized communication.
- Independently manage offer processes and negotiations, including compensation and employment terms.
Experience & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience as an in-house Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and teams, including LATAM and U.S. markets.
- Experience using AI-powered tools in sourcing and recruitment workflows.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and modern recruiting best practices.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience managing offers.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (we use Recruitee).

Steps of the selection process:
- Screening Interview (45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a Talent Acquisition Director.
- Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
- Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes) – Meet with the Head of Recruitment and the HRD for an in-depth discussion, including a presentation of your test assignment.
- Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
