🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Directors (5) One for each capital in Central Asia

AREMCA, a geological exploration company with a proven track record in Kazakhstan, is expanding into Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. We are looking for Project Directors to lead this next phase of growth.

🔎 The Role

You will lead and manage regional projects, building on the work AREMCA has successfully delivered in Kazakhstan over the past 3 years. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, local expertise, and the ability to work seamlessly across sectors.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage project teams across Central Asian jurisdictions

● Adapt and implement AREMCA’s Kazakhstan project model regionally

● Engage with government bodies, private companies, academic institutions, and social organisations

● Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations

● Oversee project planning, delivery, coordination, and reporting

● Support strategic development and long-term regional growth

👤 Who We’re Looking For

● A local professional with strong regional knowledge

● Proven leadership and project management experience (geology, mining, exploration, energy, or related sectors preferred)

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Enthusiastic, adaptable, and well-presented

● Comfortable handling a diverse and dynamic workload
