Data Project Manager in Technology group

Key responsibilities:

· Managing data products development and implementation (DWH & BI):

o Development of a project plans (work, resources, purchases, etc.), project charter, backlog

o Development of project budget

o Development of document templates for key project artifacts (business requirements, dashboards / reports requirements, data model, source-to-target (S2T), integration requirements, administrator manual, user manual, testing strategy, test-cases, etc.)

o Assigning tasks to the teams of business analysts, architects, data engineers, BI team, …

o Task execution and quality control

o Preparing regular status reports on project execution for the top-managers

o Organization of trainings for users and administrators

o Organization of data solution testing, including user acceptance testing

o Organization of transition of project / product to support team

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s / Specialist’s degree in technical sciences or business / economy / finance / project management with orientation on IT or additional courses / practice in IT

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian

· Strong project management skills

· Knowledge of data solution lifecycle and key documents, developed during the implementation

· 3+ year of experience in managing data products and / or work streams within data warehouse implementation / development projects

· 1+ year of experience working in banks or finance sector companies

· Knowledge of Uzbek language is a plus

· Certification in business analysis, data engineering or project management is a plus

· Experience in database administration, knowledge of SQL, python, ETL development and BI solution configuration is a plus
