L&D Manager is responsible for managing learning projects, developing corporate clients (B2B) and individual learners (B2C), adapting training programs for the Uzbekistan market, expanding the client base, launching and selling training programs for corporate clients (B2B) as well as for individual learners (B2C) .
Job Description
The L&D Manager is responsible for:
- Organizing and managing all processes related to learning.
- Developing and implementing L&D initiatives for business clients and individual learners.
- Interacting with corporate clients, identifying their training needs, developing, and selling appropriate training programs.
- Managing commercial learning activities: attracting new clients, supporting existing partners, and developing training products according to market needs.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, improving content and methodologies.
- Adapting training materials to the cultural, linguistic, and business specifics of the Uzbekistan market.
- Engaging with universities, associations, and professional communities to promote products and attract partners.
- Speaking at events, forums, conferences, and supporting the company's brand in the region.
Qualifications
Higher education (educational technology, business management, or related fields).
- Experience in learning and development, corporate training, or EdTech.
- Practical experience in selling training products (B2B/B2C).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and tools for content creation.
- High level of self-organization and ability to handle large amounts of information.
- Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
