Business Development Manager, Education

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to build strong partnerships between our IT Park University and leading companies in Uzbekistan. You will help advance IT and AI practices to international standards through strong partnership with EPAM and IT Park in Tashkent. Together, we will implement AI-driven processes in local businesses, support companies’ growth, foster regional development across Uzbekistan, and strengthen international collaboration. This role provides excellent career prospects in the dynamic tech and education sector.



Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract corporate clients for educational programs
• Promote and sell academic courses to businesses (B2B)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate and close corporate training contracts
• Collaborate with academic teams to tailor programs for clients
• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies
• Monitor market trends in corporate education
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (EPAM, IT Park)

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in business, marketing, or education)
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the education sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Experience in promoting and selling educational or training services
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Result-oriented and proactive approach
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Fluent English
