Job Vacancy: Experienced Project Technical Office (PTO) Engineer (Water/Wastewater EPC)
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

About Us: We are a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company specializing in the Water Supply and Sanitation sector. We deliver complex, large-scale infrastructure projects across Central Asian countries.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Technical Office (PTO) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a pivotal link between the design team, site operations, and project management, ensuring smooth technical execution and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Preparing, reviewing, and tracking all technical documentation, including Method Statements, material submittals, Request for Information (RFI), and technical transmittals.

Progress Monitoring: Compiling and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (physical and financial).

Drawing Control: Managing the latest revisions of project drawings, specifications, and ensuring their correct distribution to site teams.

Quality & Compliance: Assisting in the preparation of project quality plans, inspection and testing plans (ITP), and ensuring technical compliance with contract specifications.

Quantity Surveying: Supporting the Quantity Surveying/Commercial team with verification of installed quantities (BOQ reconciliation).

Coordination: Acting as the technical liaison between internal departments (Design, Procurement, Construction) and external parties (Client, Consultants).

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a PTO, Technical Office, or similar role, preferably within an EPC/Construction company.

Sector Knowledge: Proven experience specifically on Water Supply, Wastewater Treatment, Pumping Stations, and/or Pipeline projects is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Primavera/MS Project is a plus).

Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for technical communication and documentation. Fluency in Russian or Uzbek is highly advantageous.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
