Functional Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise the work of Ramp Service personnel, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Ensure high-quality service in accordance with customer requirements based on signed contracts and an optimized resource planning system.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions within the Ramp Service.
• Participate in investigations of aviation incidents, damage, and other violations related to ramp operations.
• Monitor compliance with governmental standards and requirements in the field of ramp service operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports in accordance with company procedures.
• Develop and implement procedures and standards aimed at improving the quality and safety of ramp operations.

Requirements:

• Higher specialized or technical aviation education.
• At least 3 years of experience in flight-related and managerial positions in civil aviation.
• Proficiency in the state languages and English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
• Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
