We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst experienced in FinTech. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.
About the Project:
The project involves providing services for the modification and support of the Customer’s information systems.
The specialists will be deeply involved in developing and enhancing the Client’s FinTech ecosystem, working with financial services, digital payments, integrations, and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of the Client’s FinTech ecosystem.
- Detail, formalize, and document business and system processes in accordance with the target architecture.
- Prepare functional and non-functional requirements, including BRD, SRS, and User Stories.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications for development teams.
- Participate in integration tasks with external systems such as banks, iPay, loyalty systems, partners, and POS hardware.
- Align project requirements with all relevant stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Business Units, IT teams, and external partners.
- Support testing and acceptance activities (UAT/SIT).
- Ensure that implemented functionality fully meets documented requirements.
- Prepare presentation materials and project documentation for Product Committee meetings.
Required Experience & Skills (Must-have): - 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Mandatory experience in banking or the financial sector.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, process modeling, and system design.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and supporting the full project lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format (onsite/online).
- English level: B1+ (according to company standards); the customer and team communicate in Russian.
Nice-to-Have: - Experience with integrations involving financial/FinTech systems.
- Knowledge of payment systems, loyalty systems, or digital financial products.
