We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with fluent Arabic and English. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Elicit business and user requirements via workshops, interviews, meetings, competitive analysis, and other BA techniques.
- Lead Discovery / Analysis phases on projects of various complexity.
- Prepare all required BA artifacts: Vision & Scope, SRS, consulting reports, user stories/use cases, diagrams (UML/BPMN), wireframes, prototypes, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Work closely with stakeholders in Arabic- and English-speaking regions, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of requirements.
- Participate in RFP/RFI processes, including BA estimation and input for commercial proposals.
- Support project teams during design, development, testing, and delivery, ensuring the solution aligns with business needs.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across the project lifecycle.
General Requirements:
We are looking for a Senior BA who can:
- Discover and clearly articulate business needs or product ideas.
- Build a complete, validated set of product and business requirements based on discovered needs.
- Translate business needs into a well-defined project scope and communicate it effectively to customers and delivery teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders across multicultural teams (including Middle East / GCC).
Required Experience and Knowledge: - Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of business analysis and ability to apply it in IT projects.
- Solid experience in creating and maintaining BA documentation (Vision & Scope, SRS, Wireframes, User Manuals, etc.).
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and common deployment approaches.
- Experience in direct communication with customers, including workshops and requirements validation.
- Strong analytical thinking, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have / As a Plus: - Experience or education in one of the following domains:
- Healthcare (clinical, provider, payer, medical research).
- Finance, Insurance, Investments.
- Experience in pre-sales activities and RFP response preparation.
- Basic knowledge of project management.
- Experience working on projects for Middle East/Gulf region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
