Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team focused on operations, finance, risk management, and legal domains.

You will prepare and analyze operational and financial reports, collaborate with various departments, and enhance reporting processes to provide key business insights. If you have a strong background in finance analysis and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports and perform analysis of operational information including profit and loss, revenue forecast, utilization, staffing, and retention
• Collaborate with account, delivery management, and related departments to support business objectives
• Improve and automate existing reports and processes to increase efficiency
• Provide key business and financial guidance to account and project management teams
• Analyze company and department P&L data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support continuous development of reporting tools and methodologies
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement data solutions
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Assist in ad hoc financial and operational analyses
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial and operational policies
• Stay updated on economic and technical trends impacting analysis

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience in finance or finance analysis
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with good oral and written communication abilities
• Basic understanding of corporate financials with experience in P&L analysis
• Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
• Experience with MS SQL, SharePoint, and Power BI is highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
