Key responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function, build and continuously improve the HR operating model, covering recruitment, onboarding, development, compensation & benefits, engagement, and retention.
- Design and execute a People Strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Analyze the employee journey and HR metrics, launching initiatives to boost engagement and productivity.
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders: coaching, mentoring, and strengthening leadership capabilities.
- Shape and embed company culture and values, connecting innovation with operational excellence.
- Drive change initiatives: e.g. HR digitalization, adoption of global best practices.
- Manage compensation and performance systems (KPI/OKR).
- Strengthen employer branding and build strategic approaches to talent acquisition.
- Implement succession planning and internal talent growth programs.
- Introduce HR Tech and People Analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
