Business Development Specialist

Juru is seeking a Business Development Specialist for our Engineering Consultancy Business Unit in Tashkent, Uzbekistan office. We are looking for a proactive, accountable and self-motivated individual to be a part of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Business Unit’s ongoing business development activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze market updates to expand network and identify new business opportunities;
• Assist the teams in developing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients;
• Proactively manage pool of international and local experts, prepare and periodically update profiles of FTEs;
• Coordinate the communication with Clients and Partners;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operational and commercial activities.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any other related field;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a commercial and/or corporate environment;
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages and Google workspace;
• Good command of English and Russian, particularly written;
• Understanding of commercial fundamentals;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners;
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
