Monitor, update, and process information in company systems accurately and on time.
Communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle large volumes of data in spreadsheets, reports, and databases.
Identify and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain documentation.
Support colleagues and departments during peak hours across different shifts.
Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience (applications without experience will not be considered).
IELTS 6.5 or higher.
Ability to work in any shift (day/night/rotational) – must.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze situations accurately and make proper decisions.
Proficiency with Google Sheets, MS Excel, PDF editors, and image editing tools.
High emotional self-control and ability to perform well under pressure.
Education: Specialized college/lyceum diploma in foreign languages (English) or higher.
Experience in transportation/logistics, dispatching, or call center environments is a plus.
