We are expanding our Uzbekistan team and seeking a results-oriented, young and energetic Executive – Business Development to help us grow our client base and strengthen strategic partnerships across the region.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of logistics and the freight forwarding industry in Uzbekistan. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business through the acquisition of new clients from the shipping and freight forwarding industry and the expansion of existing accounts.

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough market research in Uzbekistan to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Meet company business targets for Uzbekistan, delivering monthly reports on sales performance, business forecasts, customer analysis, and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to develop strategic plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients from freight forwarding and shipping industry, showcasing the company’s services and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids to secure new contracts. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development progress. Also, able to analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Russian
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
