We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead initiatives aimed at attracting multinational corporations across diverse industries — including logistics, finance, IT, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing — to establish Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Service Centers, or regional delivery hubs in emerging and cost-efficient markets. Leveraging government-backed incentives and ecosystem support programs, your mission is to position the country as a competitive, talent-rich destination for high-value global operations.
As a representative on the international stage, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the region’s advantages to global decision-makers, building long-term partnerships, and facilitating the successful establishment and expansion of GBS centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Outreach: Identify and engage with GBS and Shared Services executives (VPs, CXOs, Heads of Operations) to present the location as a competitive destination for global business services.
Market Positioning: Conduct online presentations, roadshows, and B2B meetings to highlight local advantages — skilled workforce, tax incentives, modern infrastructure, and cost efficiency.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders, embassies, chambers of commerce, and global site selectors.
Collaboration: Work closely with government institutions, investment bodies, and private partners to facilitate the onboarding and operational launch of GBS centers.
Market Intelligence: Analyze global outsourcing and shared services trends to refine investment attraction strategies.
Representation: Represent the organization and region at international GBS conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Design, PR, Legal, Accounting) to ensure alignment and professional communication.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including number of companies landed, jobs created, and service export volumes.
Essential Requirements:
Fluent English (C1+) – both written and spoken
Minimum 2 years of experience in international business development, investment attraction, or global expansion
Proven record of B2B engagement with senior executives and multinational organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple international relationships
Willingness to travel for conferences and business meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with GBS, SSC, ITO, BPO, and nearshoring models
Understanding of global location benchmarking and FDI attraction processes
Experience working with free zones, special economic zones, or innovation parks
Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach automation tools
Additional languages (Russian, Chinese, Arabic, German, etc.) are advantageous
Background in multinational companies or consulting is a plus
