To support our growth and structure our operations, we are looking for an Operational Director who will combine strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment expertise.

The Role
As Operational Director, you will have a dual mission:
Drive the team’s performance and support the company’s operational and strategic development.
Actively manage recruitment projects, delivering high-quality results to our clients as a senior recruiter and role model.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations

• Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to reach performance targets and deliver quality results.
• Define and track operational KPIs, ensuring productivity and efficiency across projects.
• Implement and improve processes, tools, and best practices to optimize daily operations.
• Act as a right-hand to the General Manager and support in strategic decisions and change management.
• Take part in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members in line with company goals.
• Contribute to a positive and high-performance team culture.

Recruitment & Client Delivery

• Manage full-cycle recruitment projects from A to Z, with a focus on mid- and top-management roles.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs and culture.
• Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies (sourcing, outreach, talent mapping).
• Conduct phone screenings and structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Write candidate presentations and reports, present shortlist to clients, and follow up at every step.
• Lead offer negotiations, support onboarding, and ensure long-term satisfaction on both sides.
• Maintain post-placement follow-up (1st day, 1st week, trial period, etc.).

Market & Business Insight

• Stay up to date with market trends and industry movements.
• Share insights with clients and team members to add value beyond the process.
• Support business development by strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

The Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment/Executive Search and/or operational leadership
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically
• Proactive, and process-oriented
• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken)
