Technical support specialist (Payment Gateway)

Duties:

• Handling of incoming requests from customers (50% via live chats, 20% via email, 20% via HelpDesk system, 10% via phone)
• Interaction with acquiring banks on system performance, transaction statuses, etc.
• Service operation monitoring, including Zabbix system monitoring, logging faults into internal software
• Interaction with the development team, escalation of complex technical issues, and consulting on partners integrations (acquiring banks and merchants)

Requirements:

• Experience in fintech
• Deep knowledge of Internet acquiring
• Understanding of the technical side of Internet acquiring would be an asset
• Advanced computer skills (Zabbix, Readmine, Confluence, Kayako and similar solutions)
• Excellent Russian speaking skills, business writing skills
