Regulatory and PV Associate

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Regulatory and PV Associate to join our team in Uzbekistan and support product registration, regulatory compliance, and pharmacovigilance activities.

LOCATION AND REPORTING

The position is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and reports to the Regulatory and PV Manager.

YOUR ROLE

As a Regulatory and PV Associate, you will support the registration and maintenance of our pharmaceutical portfolio, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Product Registration: Prepare and submit registration dossiers for new products, maintain portfolio and coordinate documentation with business partners, and manage registration timelines.
• Regulatory Coordination: Liaise with regulatory authorities and expert organizations throughout the registration and assessment process.
• Product Certification: Coordinate sample imports, laboratory testing, and the collection of registration certificates and other regulatory documents.
• Packaging & Materials: Support the development of compliant product packaging and review promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain registration archives and prepare management reports and financial documentation.
• Pharmacovigilance: Support PV activities, including expedited reporting of the validated ICSRs, PSUR schedules and submissions, Risk Management Plans (RMPs) implementation, and coordination with the responsible PV colleague.

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.

Previous Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs, product registration, or a similar pharmaceutical industry role.

Language & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge & Expertise

• Understanding of pharmaceutical registration procedures and local regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and pharmacovigilance principles.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
