Coventry University Kazakhstan is opening its doors in Almaty, and we are looking for a Student Recruitment specialist to join our growing team. Job Purpose

The Student Recruitment Specialist contributes to attracting students to the university’s educational programs, develops and implements strategies for recruiting prospective students, participates in educational and career fairs, and organizes information sessions for prospective students and their parents. The specialist also uses a personalized approach to candidates, analyzes the needs of the target audience, and effectively interacts with internal and external partners. Digital tools and resources are actively applied in the promotion of educational programs and student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and conducting targeted recruitment campaigns to attract a broad range of students, including traditional, non-traditional, and international applicants.
• Utilizing data and marketing research to identify trends, target markets, and develop strategies to attract prospective students.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to create referral channels.
• Organizing and participating in recruitment events such as open days, college fairs, school visits, webinars, and information sessions.
• Conducting outreach with prospective students through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
