Logistics and Pre-delivery service Specialist

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The job activity of an employee is governed by internal rules and regulations, local legislation norms, orders of the line manager, and the present job description.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Control, maintenance, and delivery of New Vehicles stocks in Uzbekistan.

KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
• Responsible for logistics-related operations.
• Control arrival/unloading and maintain vehicle stocks and responsibility for all related reports.
• Prepare inventory and other reports.
• Communicating with transporters to arrange unloading and delivery of new vehicles.
• Communication with Dealers on local stocks.
• Support Division colleagues with work upon request.
• Other tasks requested by Management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Interest in vehicles and basic knowledge in vehicle mechanical and technical conditions.
• Experience in maintenance/dealing with vehicles.
• Attentiveness, honesty and discipline, friendly disposition.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Working knowledge of English, Good Uzbek and Russian verbal and written.
• Experience in working in Logistics for a minimum of 1 year.
• Previous experience in the accounting area will be an advantage.
