Responsibilities:
- Manage local and international procurement of raw materials, goods, services, and works to support production, office operations, and marketing activities.
- Receive and process purchase requests from internal departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative bid analyses.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions; arrange supplier contracts and monitor their execution.
- Create and manage purchase orders in SAP, place orders with suppliers, and follow up on order confirmations and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate import shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; prepare and verify documents required for customs clearance.
- Handle supplier claims related to quality, shortages, delays, or other discrepancies, including preparing formal claim correspondence and following up on resolution.
- Monitor market conditions, identify alternative suppliers, and pursue cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Carry out additional procurement and administrative tasks assigned by management.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience in local and international purchasing, shipment coordination, and import documentation.
- Strong supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Good working knowledge of SAP purchasing processes and strong Excel skills.
- Ability to prepare comparative bid analyses, maintain procurement documentation, and produce clear reports.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve non-routine issues.
- Good command of English, Russian, and Uzbek, both written and spoken.
