Financial controller in Kaskelen

Responsibilities:

• Check and confirm promotions, discounts, markups for distributors, and promotions for Modern Trade category in the Oracle system:
• Check and confirm promotions and discounts for Traditional/Wholesale Categories in the Mobis system
• Check and confirm the retro bonus for Distributors, Individual Entrepreneurs, and SI channels.
• Check and confirm the Prices for All categories of Clients.
• Control AR for all channels and update weekly AR reports (Export, Distributors, Direct Selling).
• Control and check blocked sales orders, in case of available funds in the client's account, unblock the orders.
• Following with Contract agreements by submitting it through internal Glas system.
• Control the Credit Limits and Bank Guarantees
• Control the collection of financial documents issued to creditors in advance.
• Control the work of representatives of the legal company, as well as judicial executors, connected with the recovery of doubtful debts.
• Conduct work with representatives of the appraisal company related to the appraisal of tax property, from the moment of conclusion of the contract to the receipt of the full appraisal report.
• Preparation of pledge contracts from the moment of collection of documents to transfer of the finished pledge contract to the client for registration of the contract.
• Prepare for Management Team PL st-t, B/S st-t of Bishkek Branch
• Check and control Bank Payments
• Provide Sales report according HR Request for calculating bonuses for Employees
• Assisting the Financial Lead with internal audit by gathering and following up on closing findings
• Verification and confirmation of Write off Acts as a result of identified shortages, defects or broken production
• Controlling the work of weighmen. If necessary, check and confirm the release of the machine from the territory of the factory.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance (Accounting)

fluent English

Work experience 1-3 years
