Finance Controller

Main responsibilities

Create the financial framework for Sub regional leadership team to steer business results to meet targets.

Identify route-cause of deviations and manage corrective actions.

Provide decision support, prepare business cases for customer & ad hoc projects for region.

Securing and preparation of operational and strategic targets.

Implement and secure measures on cost management.

Securing competitiveness of own reporting units.

Securing actions to deliver target DCM and Cash.

Reliability of financial data and timely delivery of report into the Division for own region.

Ensure ZF Group policies and guidelines are adhered to and strengthen the internal control system when and as appropriate.

Create and implement regional target picture for optimal customer experience (legal & systems).

Enable organization’s success thru robust project management organization and processes.

Required skills and experience

• Extensive experience in finance
• Fluency in English
• Coordinative and integrative management approach
• Good understanding of Aftermarket business model and processes
• Expert in Finance & Accounting with extensive experience
• Well funded knowledge in Accounting processes
