SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Country Manager CIS is responsible for leading and expanding the business across CIS markets.
The role drives strategic growth, commercial execution, distributor management, regulatory compliance, has full P&L responsibility for CIS market, and requires building strong local teams and partnerships, in the market which company views as strategic.
- Drives business results. Leads the implementation of business strategies (in-year and long term) and initiatives to grow sales, improve operating margins, cash flow and other business KPIs.
- Owns full P&L responsibility for business in assigned CIS countries
- Ensures effective pricing, promotion, and product portfolio strategies
- Develops and implements Sales strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Translates long-term business objectives into actionable sales plans
- Oversees key accounts, selects and manages distributors and strategic partners
- Leads complex negotiations and major commercial agreements
- Ensures customer-centricity across all sales activities
- Builds senior-level relationship with customers and partners
- Identifies new market opportunities and growth levers
- Oversees local adaptation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strengthens brand visibility and positioning across CIS markets
- Supports new product launches in alignment with regional/global strategies
- Monitors KPIs, sales performance, and market trends to ensure targets are met
- Ensures compliance with local regulatory and company policies
- Builds, leads, and develops high-performing sales, marketing, and support teams
- Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Acts as primary interface with government bodies, key customers and partners
- Collaborate closely with regional and global headquarters teams
Key Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields
- 7+ years of expertise in managing Healthcare and / or FMCG businesses
- Proven success managing complex sales organizations in CIS countries
- Strong experience with distributor-led markets and multi-country operations

Language Skills
- English – fluent
- Russian – mandatory, local CIS language(s) is an advantage
