DOT / FMCSA Safety & Compliance Manager (US Trucking)

TrackBizUSA buys, operates and sells US trucking companies. We are hiring a hands-on DOT/FMCSA Safety & Compliance Manager to own day-to-day carrier safety and regulatory compliance.

ATTENTION: experienced US motor-carrier compliance professionals with excellent English only. You will work directly with US owners, drivers, auditors, insurers and government agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with 49 CFR Parts 40, 382, 391, 395 and 396
- Manage Driver Qualification Files, MVRs, medical cards and FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
- Monitor HOS/ELD systems (Motive, Samsara), roadside inspections, violations and DataQs challenges
- Track CSA/SMS scores, out-of-service issues, crashes, claims and corrective-action plans
- Coordinate drug and alcohol testing, Part 40 documentation and audit readiness
- Maintain MCS-150, BOC-3, UCR, IRP/IFTA, state permits and related carrier records
- Communicate with drivers and management, resolve missing documents and keep every file audit-ready

Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on US motor-carrier safety/compliance experience
- Strong working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and carrier audits
- Practical experience with DQF, Clearinghouse, HOS/ELD, inspections and CSA/SMS
- Excellent spoken and written English; Russian is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to work US Eastern hours
