At IT Park Uzbekistan, we are looking for a Strategic Development Specialist who wants to work on questions that don’t have ready-made answers.

You’ll research, analyze, challenge assumptions and turn complex information into ideas and recommendations that can shape the development of Uzbekistan’s digital ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to take the skills you’ve built in consulting, economics, finance, research, business analysis, public policy or technology and apply them to projects with a much bigger context.

What you’ll do

• Research what’s next — analyze global technology trends, emerging industries, markets, business models and international best practices.

• Make sense of complexity — structure large amounts of information and identify the trends, patterns and insights that actually matter.

• Find opportunities — identify promising technologies, sectors, markets and growth opportunities relevant to Uzbekistan.

• Build strategic recommendations — turn research and analysis into clear conclusions, scenarios and actionable recommendations.

• Look beyond Uzbekistan — study successful international ecosystems and understand what can be adapted to the local context.

• Support strategic initiatives — contribute to the development of long-term projects and new directions for IT Park.

• Evaluate new ideas — work with internal teams to test hypotheses, assess opportunities and challenge existing assumptions.

• Communicate your thinking — prepare analytical reports, presentations and materials for decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Work smarter with AI — use modern AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis and everyday productivity.

You won’t always be given a perfectly defined problem.

Part of your job will be figuring out what the real question is.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to have “Strategy” in your current job title.

You might be a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Consultant, Research Analyst, Economic Analyst, Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Policy Analyst, Advisory Analyst or Technology/Innovation Analyst looking for a new challenge.

What matters most is how you think.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, IT, Public Policy, International Relations or a related field.

• Have 1–4 years of experience in an analytical, research, consulting, finance, technology or related role.

• Enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding structured solutions.

• Know how to conduct research independently and work with international sources.

• Can move beyond collecting information to identify patterns, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations.

• Are curious about technology, business, economics, global markets and how different countries build successful digital ecosystems.

• Can turn complex ideas into clear presentations and communicate them confidently.

• Are comfortable working with data, reports and analytical materials.

• Confidently use AI tools for research, analysis and productivity.

• Have English at B2+ level and can comfortably work with international research and materials.

• Take initiative and are comfortable working in an environment where not every answer is already defined.
