Project Engineer

Location: On-site | Full-time | Almaty (Evening shift)

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to support engineering and manufacturing projects for custom metal products.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with a technical or construction-related background who are looking to build a career in project coordination. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the technical aspects of assigned projects.
• Develop engineering solutions for custom metal products.
• Prepare and revise technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation.
• Design products and develop structural solutions.
• Select appropriate materials and components.
• Coordinate with the production team throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure products comply with project specifications and technical documentation.
• Conduct site measurements when required.
• Communicate with clients regarding technical matters.
• Coordinate technical solutions with the project team and management.
• Optimize product designs to improve cost efficiency, manufacturability, and production timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Industrial Design, or another technical field.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• No previous work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn).
• English proficiency: Advanced (C1).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with sheet metal, welded structures, or custom metal fabrication.
• Previous experience collaborating with manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of powder coating, laser cutting, metal bending, and welding processes.
• Experience creating product visualizations or 3D renderings.

• Evening shift (Almaty time):
  17:00 – 01:00 (March–November)
  18:00 – 02:00 (November–March)
