HR Coordinator (Shared Services)

As an HR Coordinator, you will:

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR team across multiple initiatives and projects
• Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including room bookings, catering, training materials, badges, merchandise, and other organizational arrangements
• Manage learning administration by maintaining participant lists, calendars, attendance records, reports, and training documentation
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, reminders, and training-related updates while coordinating with participants and stakeholders
• Support vendor coordination, purchase requests, contracts, invoices, and other administrative processes related to learning activities
• Maintain and update internal learning resources, internal pages, training calendars, and learning content

• Have experience handling operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes
• Are proficient in English at an intermediate level to communicate effectively within international teams
• Are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Possess strong organizational skills and are able to coordinate multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders
