D&IT Business Solution Manager
Purpose
The Business Solution Manager is responsible for supporting and enhancing a portfolio of business applications within a geographically distributed team. The role acts as a key partner to business stakeholders and D&IT teams, driving the implementation of new capabilities, managing application lifecycle activities, and delivering technology solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency. The position also supports the localization and deployment of centralized systems, innovation initiatives, and compliance with corporate governance and D&IT standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of business applications, ensuring stability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancement.
- Lead or support projects related to implementation, localization, and rollout of centralized systems and digital solutions.
- Drive demand management processes and support delivery of solutions aligned with business and technology roadmaps.
- Coordinate external vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with D&IT governance, security requirements, policies, and standards.
- Support incident, problem, change, and service management activities across the application portfolio.
- Identify and promote innovative technologies and best practices that create value for the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, including experience with business applications, solution delivery, or application management.
- Experience in business analysis, project management, and implementation of technology solutions.
- Good understanding of business processes, preferably within an FMCG environment.
- Experience with at least two of the following areas: Microsoft Power Platform, Data Lake/Data Warehouse technologies, Finance management systems, People & Culture technology, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of requirements analysis, process documentation, solution design, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed and multicultural environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
