Senior AI Computing Solution Architect

Duties:

• Drive pre-sales activities and solution selling for Huawei Ascend AI computing solutions, including AI servers, computing clusters, and Intelligent Computing Centers;
• Design end-to-end AI computing solutions, covering:
  • AI Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, and Networking);
  • AI Platforms and Toolchains for Training and Inference;
  • Large Language Model (LLM) Deployment as a business enabler;
• Identify and expand AI computing opportunities by:
  • Aligning industry use cases (Government, Finance, Telecom, etc.) with computing demand;
  • Promoting Intelligent Computing Centers and AI Data Center solutions;
• Collaborate with ISVs and AI ecosystem partners to:
  • Adapt and deploy large AI models on the Huawei Ascend platform;
  • Develop industry-specific AI solutions;
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects, focusing on Ascend platform adaptation, AI workload benchmarking, and performance validation;
• Support RFP/RFQ responses, solution design, and competitive positioning activities;
• Deliver customer workshops, technical presentations, and executive-level briefings;
• Provide regional technical support across Central Asia and South Caucasus countries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI computing, server and storage pre-sales, or AI infrastructure and data center solutions;
• Experience in customer-facing roles with responsibility for opportunity development and deal support;
• Hands-on experience in Proof of Concept (POC) execution and solution deployment is highly preferred;
• Strong understanding of:
  • AI Computing Architecture (GPUs, AI Accelerators, and Computing Clusters);
  • Data Center Infrastructure, including Compute, Storage, and Networking;
• Familiarity with:
  • AI Frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow;
  • Large Language Models (LLMs), including training, fine-tuning, and inference processes;
• Understanding of:
  • Virtualization and Container Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker);
  • Databases and Data Platforms;
• Ability to:
  • Leverage LLM and AI use cases to drive computing infrastructure demand;
  • Support technical discussions related to model adaptation and deployment;
• Experience with LLM frameworks or inference engines is considered an advantage;
• Experience with the Huawei Ascend ecosystem is a strong advantage;
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills;
• Fluency in Russian is mandatory;
• Good command of English is required.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
