College Application Specialist (USA/Europe)

4PREP ACADEMY is an education consulting agency based in Tashkent. We guide students across Uzbekistan through the end-to-end process of securing admissions and high-value scholarships (up to 90%) at top universities in the USA, Canada, and Europe, alongside complete student visa support (including F-1).

Key Responsibilities

• University Selection: Curate balanced university lists and degree programs optimized for candidate profiles and scholarship potential.

• Application Management: Oversee the complete admissions lifecycle—guiding personal statements/essays, CVs, letters of recommendation, portal applications, and strict deadline tracking.

• Institutional Communication: Manage professional correspondence with international university admissions offices on behalf of clients.

• Consultation & Guidance: Conduct comprehensive, one-on-one consulting sessions with prospective students and parents regarding overseas study opportunities.

• Profile Assessment: Evaluate academic records (GPA), language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL), budgets, financial sponsorship, and career goals to design personalized strategy plans.

• Visa Preparation: Lead visa strategy, document verification, and intensive mock interviews (with a primary focus on U.S. F-1 visas).

• Company Events: Represent 4PREP ACADEMY at online webinars, offline seminars, and educational workshops.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven track record in study-abroad consulting, university admissions, or international education counseling.

• U.S. Admissions Expertise: Deep working knowledge of the U.S. higher education system (Common App, Coalition App, direct portals, and financial aid systems) is required.

• Global Systems: Familiarity with admissions systems in Canada, the UK (UCAS), Australia, or Europe is a strong plus.

• Language Skills: English proficiency at Advanced (C1) level or higher (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent preferred).

• Organization & Integrity: High attention to detail, strict adherence to deadlines, proactive problem-solving, and result-oriented work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $700 – $1,000 / month (based on expertise and interview results).
