Night Specialist

We look for high potential candidate who wants to gain invaluable experience and knowledge in the Bank Card Department (VISA, Humo, UzCard)

Duties:

• Providing call center service for Bank card holders during out of office hours, weekends and official holidays;
• Liaise with all other cardholder inquiries, take necessary steps within approved regulations;
• Monitoring transactions.

Requirements:

• Education: university degree preferably in the field of finance/economics;
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements in the issuance and servicing of bank cards have an edge;
• Work experience: not required;
• Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek;
• Knowledge of law in banking;
• Computer proficiency, communication skills, problem solving abilities.
