Our mission is to foster academic excellence, strong industry connections, and the development of forward-thinking, self-motivated individuals equipped to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Fall 2026 majors will be offered through the School of Business and School of Digital Technologies. The Office of the Registrar plays a central role in supporting students, faculty, and administration across both schools as the university expands to additional schools starting 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and secure student academic records, including enrollment, grades, and transcripts.
  • Support course registration, add/drop processes, and scheduling in coordination with academic schools.
  • Process transcript requests, enrollment verifications, and other official student record documentation.
  • Conduct degree audits and support graduation clearance and commencement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with university academic policies, and applicable Kazakhstani higher education regulations.
  • Maintain and update data in the Student Information System (SIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with faculty, School of Business, School of Digital Technologies, and other administrative offices on academic scheduling and calendar matters.
  • Assist in preparing reports and statistics related to enrollment, retention, and academic records for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Respond to student and faculty inquiries regarding registration, records, and registrar policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in higher education administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a registrar's office, academic administration, or student records management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) and database management.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Kazakh and/or Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative departments in a fast-paced, growing institution.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working in diverse and multicultural settings.
  • Experience with academic calendar planning, accreditation processes, or compliance reporting.
