1. Purpose of the Position
We are looking for an execution-focused, open-minded E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage and improve day-to-day operations across the company’s online sales channels, including the official online store, quick-commerce delivery platforms such as Glovo, Wolt and Yandex, and marketplace accounts.
This role is responsible for accurate order processing, platform availability, operational discipline, KPI achievement and development of e-commerce processes. The ideal candidate confidently works with numbers, percentages, Excel-based analysis and unit economics, can operate in a fast-paced multitasking environment, and is able to plan processes under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance with requirements.
2. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
E-commerce Order Operations
- Manage daily order processing for the official online store, quick-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Monitor order statuses, cancellations, delivery issues and customer-related operational cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate stock availability, product cards, prices and promotional mechanics across e-commerce channels.
- Ensure operational processes support agreed KPIs, service-level expectations and compliance requirements.
Platform and Marketplace Management
- Support operational management of marketplace accounts, including assortment, availability and campaign readiness.
- Work with 1C Bitrix and related systems to maintain accurate product cards, order flow and platform data.
- Coordinate updates of content, images, descriptions, prices and delivery conditions with internal teams and external partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to increase conversion, availability and delivery efficiency.
Analytics, Reporting and Unit Economics
- Prepare regular operational reports on orders, conversion, cancellations, delivery quality, out-of-stock and platform KPIs.
- Analyze percentages, margins, commissions, delivery costs and other unit economics indicators to support business decisions.
- Perform weekly financial reconciliations together with other departments and partners.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure e-commerce operations, product information and platform content comply with legal requirements, internal policies and age restrictions.
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams on platform launches, product cards, promotional mechanics and consumer-facing information.
- Maintain high accuracy of product data, prices, stock balances and operational reporting to reduce commercial and compliance risks.
Process Coordination and Partner Management
- Coordinate daily operational processes with delivery platforms, marketplaces, IT, logistics, Retail / Commercial Teams and Finance.
- Track tasks, deadlines and dependencies to ensure timely implementation of platform updates, promotions and process changes.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues with external platforms, contractors and internal stakeholders through clear coordination and control.
3. Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, online store administration, delivery platforms, or a similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms such as Kaspi, Ozon, Wildberries, Glovo, Wolt, Yandex, or similar services.
- Experience working with 1C Bitrix or similar e-commerce / order management systems.
- Strong practical Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP and other formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in regulated categories such as tobacco, alcohol, pharma, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
