We are looking for a System Analyst who will act as a bridge between business and development: helping us gather requirements faster and more effectively, structure tasks for the team, and keep the backlog up to date.
We need someone who will develop a deep understanding of the product, understand how our processes and integrations work, and gradually become a key knowledge holder for the team.
What you will do:
- Gather and clarify requirements from business and internal stakeholders;
- Break down tasks and work with the development team to shape and maintain the backlog;
- Prepare detailed requirements together with developers, including:
- business logic;
- integration scenarios;
- user flows;
- acceptance criteria;
- Participate in solution design together with the Product Manager and developers;
- Take part in grooming sessions, planning, and team syncs;
- Document business processes and keep the knowledge base / Confluence documentation up to date;
- Collaborate with QA: help define acceptance criteria and work through user test cases.
What is important for us:
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst;
- Experience working with backend teams: microservices, integrations, APIs;
- Ability to break down complex tasks into a clear and structured backlog;
- Experience writing requirements in formats that are clear for the team: user stories, use cases, API specs, UML diagrams;
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and database principles;
- Ability to read API documentation and understand technical details;
- Experience working with incomplete requirements and high levels of uncertainty.
What kind of person we are looking for:
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to structure complex information;
- Proactive mindset: not waiting for a ready-made task description, but helping shape it;
- Ability to ask the right questions to business stakeholders, product, and developers;
- Ability to speak the same language as engineers;
- Willingness to dive deep into the product and understand the details.
We offer:

- Medical insurance for our employees and their families
- Access to professional training, conferences, and paid educational courses
- Corporate language courses

- Subsidized lunches

- Sports events
- Assistance in relocation and visa processing (if necessary)
