We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial team, strengthen our market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the hotel's overall Sales & Marketing strategy to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Government, Airline, and Group segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, government organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and generate demand.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Operations teams to optimize commercial performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare annual commercial plans, budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
- Ensure effective use of digital marketing channels, social media, and promotional activities.
- Represent Holiday Inn Tashkent City and IHG Hotels & Resorts at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably with an international hotel brand.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business opportunities.
- Experience with hotel commercial systems, CRM platforms, and sales management tools.
- Fluency in English and Russian is required; Uzbek is an advantage.
