Manager of Legal Department

Have at least 6 to 10 years of legal experience

KEY DUTIES AND TASKS

• Drafting, reviewing, approving, and overseeing contract compliance;
• Providing information and legal support for the company’s operations, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
• Keeping track of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s activities;
• Assessing legal risks in projects, transactions, and company documents;
• Handling pre-trial claims, preparing legal documents (statements of claim, responses, appeals, cassation complaints), and representing the company in court;
• Preparing and submitting applications, petitions, and official requests to government authorities;
• Handling the registration and re-registration of legal entities, as well as developing corporate legal documentation;
• Participating in negotiations and out-of-court settlements;
• Preparing legal opinions, official letters, applications, and reports as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of civil law, labor law, and other relevant legal frameworks;
• Higher legal education (Law degree required);
• Experience in drafting corporate and foundational legal documents;
• Expertise in contract law, including drafting and reviewing contracts of varying complexity;
• Understanding of legal document workflow and office procedures;
• Proficiency in Russian and English (both verbal and written);
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a multinational environment;
• High level of stress resistance, multitasking ability, and service-oriented approach;
• Professionalism, punctuality, and strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
