Project manager (Cyprus)

A leading consulting firm specializing in professional services across various business sectors is seeking a highly qualified and experienced project manager.
The position requires relocation to Cyprus (the company provides a relocation package).

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire implementation process for new and existing projects and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Working closely with the legal, finance, and compliance departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Maintaining project documentation, timelines, and budgets for all projects.
• Coordinating with external stakeholders, including lawyers, government agencies, and suppliers, to ensure the effective implementation of the process.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide guidance and leadership to project team members and foster a positive and highly effective team environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Project management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking progress
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Jira
• Fluent Russian, English at B1–B2 level
