We are a fast-growing game publisher with a large portfolio of projects. We continuously launch new games, develop existing products, and experiment with new formats to create engaging gaming experiences for millions of players.
Responsibilities:
- еnd-to-end management of game projects on Steam: from store page creation to post-release support;
- development and maintenance of the company’s main Steam publishing page:
- technical operations in Steamworks and full control of the Steam review process: depot setup, branches, achievements, API integration, and strict adherence to build approval timelines;
- maximizing visibility and growth of projects: working with Steam algorithms (Discovery Queue, More Like This) and preparing applications for platform events (Steam Next Fest, seasonal sales, Daily/Weekend Deals, etc.);
- optimization and analytics: SEO optimization, A/B testing of store assets (capsules) to improve CTR, monitoring wishlists, analyzing traffic sources and conversion performance;
- project coordination: working with external partners and internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, resolving production issues, and navigating Steam-specific challenges;
- community management: maintaining the Steam Community Hub, handling player reviews, and publishing patch notes, updates, and devlogs.
What matters:
- 1–1.5+ years of direct experience with Steam as a Publishing Manager, Release Manager, or in a similar role;
- proven experience shipping at least one full-cycle product — from store page creation to post-release support;
- strong command of the English language (mandatory).
Nice to have:
- proficiency in Russian;
- genuine interest in the gaming industry and understanding of global publishing principles.
