Обязанности:
- Support the Head of Monitoring in strengthening the credit monitoring governance framework, including internal обязанности работника regulations, procedures, process flows, control checklists, and implementation trackers;
- Draft and update internal regulations, procedures, policies, methodological documents, and business correspondence related to credit monitoring. Translate OTP Group policy requirements, local regulatory expectations, and identified gaps into practical local procedures, RACI matrices, workflows, and control mechanisms;
- Review the quality of expert opinions, root-cause analyses, CRS proposals;
- Form an independent Monitoring view based on available evidence, risk indicators, borrower performance, repayment discipline, collateral information, external signals, and professional judgement;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that agreed action plans, monitoring tasks, and gap-closure measures are properly structured, assigned, documented, followed up, and escalated where required. Support the development of process requirements for IT/BI solutions. Prepare high-quality written materials;
- Support ad hoc sector, portfolio, and macroeconomic risk analysis where external developments may affect corporate client performance or portfolio quality;
- Maintain implementation trackers, evidence logs, control checklists, and status updates for assigned monitoring improvement workstreams.
- Strong business writing skills, including the ability to draft clear, structured, and professional regulations, procedures, policies, committee materials, internal memos, and management updates;
- Strong understanding of corporate credit monitoring, EWS, restructuring, collateral, financials (desirable) Ability to critically review and challenge expert opinions, root-cause analyses, CRS proposals, and action plans prepared by other departments;
- Ability to form an independent Monitoring conclusion based on evidence, risk indicators, borrower performance, repayment behaviour, external information, and professional judgement;
- Ability to design process flows, RACI matrices, control checklists, monitoring trackers, escalation rules, and implementation follow-up mechanisms;
- Ability to coordinate with Business, Underwriting, Collection, IT/BI, and other relevant departments.
