Production & Logistics Manager

We are an independent board game publisher creating original tabletop games for players around the world. Our projects are manufactured in Asia and distributed globally through crowdfunding, retail, and direct sales.

We're looking for a Production & Logistics Manager who will take ownership of manufacturing and international logistics, ensuring our games are produced on time, meet quality standards, and reach fulfillment partners worldwide.

What You Will Do

• Manage manufacturing projects from production approval to shipment.
• Communicate daily with factories, freight forwarders, and fulfillment partners.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor deadlines.
• Review production files, samples, and proofs before mass production.
• Track manufacturing progress and proactively solve issues.
• Organize international shipping.
• Coordinate deliveries to fulfillment centers in different regions.
• Work closely with the publishing, marketing, and product development teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing manufacturing or international logistics projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written English (daily communication with international partners).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in the board game industry.
• Experience with Kickstarter or crowdfunding fulfillment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for board games, cards, and printed products.
• Experience working with factories in China.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and international freight.
