Location: Mirobad district
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Purpose
Ensure legal integrity of company operations and provide reliable administrative support to internal teams, including both local and foreign staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Legal (Core Focus)
• Independently review, draft, and negotiate contracts (service, vendor, contractor agreements)
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation (contracts, addenda, termination documents, acts)
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to employees (local and foreign) on labor and basic regulatory matters
• Identify legal risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions (not just theoretical advice)
• Maintain contract register and track key obligations and deadlines
2. HR Legal Support
• Support HR in employee lifecycle processes (hiring, changes, disciplinary actions, terminations)
• Ensure compliance of HR documentation with local labor law
• Advise management on risk exposure in employee-related matters
3. Administrative & Office Operations
• Oversee internal document flow and approval processes
• Coordinate with external service providers (office, vendors, maintenance)
• Support operational processes (requests, approvals, documentation accuracy)
4. Compliance & Control
• Ensure basic compliance with internal policies and local regulations
• Monitor validity of key documents (contracts, permits if applicable)
• Liaise with external legal advisors when escalation is required
Candidate Profile
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience
• Proven hands-on experience with contract review and labor law
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong practical judgment (ability to simplify legal matters for non-legal stakeholders)
Fluent Russian and English (both written and spoken)
Advantage:
• Uzbek language
• Experience in international or fast-paced environments
• Experience as the sole or primary in-house legal point of contact
