This is a sales and business development role at its core, with added responsibility of representing Helio AI in the Uzbekistan market. Your main goal is to generate revenue, build pipeline, and open the market. You will be the first person on the ground, working directly with founders and owning the market from day one.
What you will do
Representation
- Represent Helio AI in Uzbekistan (meetings, events, partners)
- Build relationships with decision-makers and ecosystem players
- Act as the local face of the company
Sales & Business Development
- Own full sales cycle: outreach → demo → close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline
- Actively generate leads (outbound, inbound, partnerships, network)
- Close deals and hit revenue targets
Market Development
- Identify key industries and target companies
- Localize messaging and approach based on market feedback
- Turn early clients into case studies and references
Growth (Next Step)
- Contribute to hiring first local team members
- Help structure sales processes for the market
- Support long-term market expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Ability to run full sales cycle independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, ownership mindset, you make things happen
- Existing network in Uzbekistan is a must
- Fluent in English/Russian (Uzbek is a plus)
