Treasury & Cash Management Specialist

Duties:

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash planning, liquidity monitoring, cash pooling, and working capital optimization across Central Asian markets.
• Oversee bank account administration, including account opening and closure, signatory management, and banking documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of payments, collections, and intercompany transactions while maintaining effective operational controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international banking partners to support treasury activities and banking initiatives.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans to ensure sufficient funding and efficient cash utilization.
• Monitor cash positions, funding requirements, and foreign exchange exposure, providing recommendations to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risks.
• Ensure compliance of treasury operations, intercompany funding, and cross-border transactions with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends, banking developments, and financial risks across the region, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Drive improvements in treasury processes, internal controls, reporting, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of treasury systems, cash management solutions, and automation initiatives to strengthen cash visibility and control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, payment processes, and foreign exchange regulations.
• Experience managing treasury activities and banking relationships across multiple countries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced business environments.
• Fluent English and Russian are required; Chinese language skills would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across Central Asia when required.

Working conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
