Job Summary:
Head of Legal Operations is a senior legal leader responsible for corporate governance, legal operations, and compliance management across the organization. The role oversees corporate secretarial functions, governance frameworks, contract management, data protection compliance, and coordination with external legal advisors. The position supports the effective operation of corporate bodies, drives the development of internal policies and governance processes, and provides legal guidance for strategic initiatives, including digital transformation and business growth.​​​​​​​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Law degree; additional education in finance or economics is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of legal experience, including leadership roles within the legal function (head of department / board member) and team-leadership experience.
• Experience in corporate governance and supporting the work of corporate bodies — the Board of Directors, general meetings of shareholders and committees — including acting as corporate secretary.
• Experience designing corporate governance processes and systems (authority matrices, approval workflows) and developing internal regulatory documents.
• Experience in legal review and contract management, as well as organising and overseeing work with external advisors.
• Experience building and leading a personal data protection and processing control system in line with applicable legislation.
• Experience providing legal support for digital transformation and IT-system implementation projects is an advantage.
• Experience in international, infrastructure companies; additional experience in foreign jurisdictions is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of legal experience, including senior roles within the legal function (department head / management board member) and team-leadership experience.
• Corporate governance experience supporting the work of corporate bodies the Board of Directors, general shareholder meetings and committees including acting as Corporate Secretary.
• Experience designing processes and corporate governance systems (authority matrices, approval workflows) and developing internal regulatory documents.
• Experience in contract review and management, and in organising and overseeing work with external counsel.
• Experience building and leading a personal data protection and processing control system in line with applicable legislation.
• Experience providing legal support for digital transformation and IT-system implementation projects is an advantage

• Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
