Working on building strong connections with key account clients and hitting personal sales goals in the consumer electronics field is a big part of this role
Create lasting client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and steady business
Lead KAMs and sales management colleagues to brainstorm and develop sales strategies that benefit our key accounts
Keeping an eye on what the competition is doing within each account and coming up with smart ways to respond is also a crucial part of the job
Plan and execute sales with Key accounts (Organized Retailers)
Steer efforts to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual market share & sales targets
Facilitate decision making by senior management on sales & service strategies to meet demands of accounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedback
Requirements:
Fluent speaking in English, Russian and Uzbek
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Structured and focused communication and negotiation skills
Analytical way of thinking, strategic and proactive attitude
Organized way of working, ability to handle own projects and tasks
