THE JOB PURPOSE:
Managing distributor and market with respect to overall customer development operations, including processes, people, business KPIs, budget with an efficient communication and planning with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Distributor & Sales Management: promo planning, TTS budget, distribution & stock control
- Sales Execution: drive targets, implement channel strategy, manage KA & e-commerce
- Performance: track KPIs and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual targets
- Planning: execute campaigns with cross-functional teams
- Customer Management: build strong KA relationships & ensure field excellence
- Strategy: shape channel plans, track market trends, develop talent
Skills and Experience:
- Microsoft Office literate
- English Language advanced knowledge
- Analytical competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has a "Can Do" attitude and result oriented
- Ability to navigate within a matrix organization
- Ability to juggle several projects with different deadlines and various stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial and energetic
- English Language is a MUST
