B2B Sales Manager – Responsibilities
Develop and grow partnerships with real estate agencies, car dealerships, retailers, spare parts stores, and other businesses across Uzbekistan.
Actively acquire new business clients and onboard them to the Egasi platform.
Present and demonstrate Egasi’s Business Page, Verified Business, and advertising solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business partners.
Conduct meetings, negotiations, and sales presentations both online and in person.
Identify new market opportunities and target high-potential business segments.
Work closely with telemarketing and marketing teams to generate leads and increase client acquisition.
Monitor client activity and ensure successful usage of Egasi’s services.
Achieve monthly sales and partnership KPIs.
Collect feedback from business clients and collaborate with the product team to improve the platform.
Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and market insights.
Help recruit, train, and mentor future category managers and sales representatives as the company grows.
Represent Egasi at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Promote Egasi as Uzbekistan’s national classifieds platform and increase brand awareness among businesses.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or partnership management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working with real estate agencies, automotive dealers, retailers, or online marketplaces is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business partnerships.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and business visits across Tashkent and other regions of Uzbekistan.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Excellent command of Uzbek and Russian; English is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth objectives.
Experience managing teams or mentoring employees is a strong advantage.
Understanding of online marketplaces, classifieds platforms, digital advertising, or e-commerce is preferred.
