General description:
The role will be responsible for managing sales planning and operational alignment across regions of Mining & Construction machines, coordinating all required processes related to orders, inventory, and production, and interacting with internal teams, international manufacturing plants, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Careful collection, tracking, and updating of information on orders, sales, and equipment availability in stock
- Interaction with manufacturing plants in Japan, the USA, Germany, and Italy to adjust production plans
- Control and support of product certification in supply regions
- Monitoring of marketing interactions with customers and partners
- Analysis of “plan vs. actual” deviations in sales, orders, and inventory
- Identification of shortage/excess risks and development of corrective measures
- Ensuring balance between delivery timelines and inventory levels
- Control of order changes and backlog management
- Support of the sales team in terms of planning and product availability
- Development of team competencies (analytics, planning tools)
- Preparation of reports for company management and improvement of existing reports
- Development of reporting in Power BI / Excel
Required experience
HARD skills:
- Sales planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management expertise
- Strong analytical skills (plan vs. actual analysis, KPI tracking, data interpretation)
- Experience working with international manufacturing plants and supply chain coordination
- Knowledge of production planning and order/backlog management processes
- Risk management in supply planning (shortage/excess identification and mitigation)
- Experience in product certification processes in different regions
- Advanced reporting and data visualization skills (Power BI, Excel)
- Experience in sales support planning and product availability control
- Process improvement and reporting optimization experience
- Fluent English (B2+) for international communication
